Hooray! Rejoice, for He has risen!!! Praise God for The Lord has died for our sins on Good Friday and rose again with all power on this Holy Resurrection Sunday all those years ago.
““For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him.” (John 3:16-17 NLT)
What an honor it is to be called a child of God. What a privilege it is to be given such a wonderful, enormous gift. Thank you Jesus for your sacrifice and paying the cost for my sins. You didn’t have to do it, but you did. You knew I would make mistake, after mistake, after mistake and yet time and time again, I’m reminded by your grace, mercy, and love. You sacrificed your life for mines and took all of my cares, burdens, sins and transgressions with you when you paid the price on the cross all those years ago. THANK YOU LORD!!!
I pray that anyone who reads this knows that they are truly loved by God. No matter what your circumstances are nor how many times you’ve failed at life, thanks be unto God that Jesus Christ paid the price for our sins. No matter how many times we fall, we can get back up again knowing God is in control and that He loves us dearly. No matter how many tough nights we face, how low our finances get, nor how far we may be from achieving our dreams, Jesus already paid the price to ensure we are free to continue walking into our season of abundant blessings.
“So if the Son sets you free, you are truly free.” (John 8:36 NLT)
Be at peace today knowing that the blood was already shed for you and that JESUS LIVES! Any problems you have, turn them over to God. Today is a day of celebration of life, not a day of grief, stress and strife.
“Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.”” (Matthew 11:28-30 NLT)
So, rejoice and rest today for the debt has already been paid. Allow Christ’s peace to wash over you today. Spend this time with family, friends and loved ones. No matter what society says, never forget what this day truly means. Have a great day for Jesus Christ has indeed risen!!!
Sincerely with love,
