The Joy of The Lord = STRENGTH!!!

The battles of this world are many, and can be waning on one’s mental, spiritual, psychological, emotional and physical health. Seeking The Lord’s strength is a must when dealing with life’s transgressions. I require The Lord’s strength just to get me through the day, because each and every day, the enemy tries his best to attack me. It doesn’t matter if it’s in my home, my finances, my body, or my dreams, goals and aspirations; the enemy is always lurking around watching, waiting to see where he can attack me next.

“The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life.” John 10:10 NLT)

Just as I speak of myself, I’m sure you, too, have gone through similar things. However, just as the Bible says in Psalms 105:15 NLT, “Do not touch my chosen people, and do not hurt my prophets,” the devil’s attacks cannot defeat us. I know at times it may feel like you’re defeated, but you’re not. The word says that the, “Joy of The Lord is my strength. (Nehemiah 8:10).” So, take delight in Him. Love your enemies following Christ’s example.

“But I say, love your enemies! Pray for those who persecute you! In that way, you will be acting as true children of your Father in heaven. For he gives his sunlight to both the evil and the good, and he sends rain on the just and the unjust alike.” (Matthew 5:44-45 NLT)

As always, I’m encouraging you to try God for yourself. Take your cares, pains, troubles with enemies, financial hardships, and every other attack from the enemy and give them up to God. He loves you. He wants to take care of you. It’s up to you to choose Him. Work daily towards cultivating, establishing and maintaining that relationship with Christ. Just like any other relationship, you only get out of it, whatever you put into it. So, what are you willing to do in order to get the life that you want to live, the life that God wants you to have?

Sincerely with love,
